Contract Administration

Every party involved within a construction project has a part to play to fulfil their role under the contract.  At NCS, we take on this role on behalf of clients of all sizes, delivering every time. We ensure the detail is never forgotten and will always keep sight of the overall contract, facilitating communication between parties and ensuring everyone completes their part in delivering the agreed result in compliance with the appropriate laws and standards.

Development Management

Developments of any kind involve the coordination of several specialist parties. Managing all independent service providers involved in a development, such as architects, agents, local authorities, contractors and more can bring its own issues.

At NCS we have fulfilled the role of development manager for projects of all sizes. We will take the pain away, providing our clients with one point of contact for the whole development.

CDM Coordination

With Health and Safety playing such a major role in all projects, it is often advisable or essential to employ an external consultant to act as CDM coordinator – we fulfil this role on behalf of many of our clients, allowing them to concentrate on moving their businesses forward. We advise and assist with all aspects, including liaison with the HSE where necessary, providing assurance that Health and Safety duties are met.

Project Monitoring

Where an investor or a tenant has an interest in a building under construction or refurbishment with the works being undertaken by the owner or developer, we can act as project monitor to control their risk and financial exposure. We also ensure legal and planning compliance, as well as ensuring agreed construction standards are met.

We will always take a proactive role when monitoring projects; highlighting key issues as early as possible and offering effective solutions where possible.
