Environmental audits

Building or land purchases will often require an insight as to the historic uses of the site together with current activities in the vicinity. When acquiring commercial premises, it is important to assess the possible environmental “risk” associated with the site. Our professionals will carry out these assessments and provide as a standalone report or build them in to our other due diligence services.

EPC

The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive requires an Energy Performance Certificate [EPC] to be provided by the seller for non-domestic properties at the point of sale or lease. An EPC is required for any property that is over 50 m2 in size. Our qualified in-house professionals will prepare these certificates on behalf of customers.

Utilities
